Take HRM\u2019s Cart-Based Garbage Collection Survey.<\/p>\n

HRM wants to know what you think about possible introduction of a new cart-based garbage collection program. It would work like the green cart program for compostable waste. The survey deadline is Dec.20<\/strong><\/p>\n

The concept: each household in HRM would receive a wheeled black garbage cart. On collection days the carts would be taken to the curb where they could be emptied by hydraulic arm-equipped trucks.<\/p>\n
