Cell 7A has been closed on October 18th, 2024. There is a 1 foot clay added to the top of 7A. Then a layer of plastic, dirt and soil as a “cap”. Last will be hydro-seeded just like the other cells.
Cell 7B is now operational.
- This cell (7B) has a 10 year life span. Each section (split into 4 sections) has about 2.5 years each to fill.
- Each picture shows a black liner. On top of the liner is a cushion layer, which is 3 feet of gravel.

The pictures below is the metal scrap yard. This scrap metal is bailed every 6 months. It comes in from residential pickup everyday.
